The rate shown is weekly divided by 7. There are immaculate bathrooms and showers. There is a strong wi-fi signal.The owners are outstandingly helpful and pleasant. We had a vent cover disintegrate (too much Nevad sun), they ordered us a replacement with no markup and even helped me install it. Re the previous review: Bugs happen in the country by a lake, that is why your RV has screens.

No-frills, desert park geared towards snowbirds. Needs a bit of upkeep, but perhaps the painting and grouting is planned during the soon-to-arrive offseason. We enjoyed a visit to Mitchell Caverns, an hour away. Fuel prices in Needles still gouge at the pace of 70-90 cents more per gallon. Overall a positive stay, may stay again.

No complaints. The permanents that another poster mentioned are still there but the sites are no longer cluttered/messy. We would stay again.

Small but well maintained and run. We were lucky to get an overnight spot in busy season. The hot springs are a treat. We also enjoyed visits to the museum in nearby Shoshone as well as the date bread at China Ranch. Will certainly return.
